GBBN Architects
GBBN Architects is teamed with Cesar Pelli &
Associates to provide architectural services for
the Schuster Center. Founded in 1958, the firm
maintains offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Lexington,
Kentucky, and offers services in architecture,
interiors, planning, code and life safety, computer-aided
facility management and specifications for all
types of buildings and building complexes. It
also offers integrated facility planning and management
services through its in4mation team.
The firms specialties include health care,
institutional and corporate/commercial projects.
GBBN Architects has provided design, renovation
and planning services for more than 2500 projects.
Recent projects/clients include: The Great American
Ballpark, Cincinnati, Ohio; Newport Aquarium,
Newport, Kentucky; Aronoff Center for the Arts,
Cincinnati, Ohio; Cincinnati Childrens Hospital;
Hamilton County, Ohio, downtown Public Library;
University of Cincinnati Tangeman and Pavilion
projects; and the Firstar Arena renovation, Cincinnati,
Ohio.
The firm has been awarded more than 50 awards
for design excellence, and received the American
Institute of Architects Firm of the Year Award
in both Ohio and Kentucky. Robert E. Gramann,
FAIA, president of GBBN Architects, has been awarded
AIA Fellowship and the AIA Ohio Gold Medal Award.
