SUMMARY

TYPE OF THEATRE: Proscenium Theatre resembles European style Opera House. Seating is in sectioned orchestra and loge with continental seating in lower and upper balconies with side galleries and one box per side, per level. Maximum seating is 2,325 and all seating levels are handicap accessible.

All dressing rooms have hot and cold running water, costume racks (fixed or rolling), makeup lights and mirrors, showers and ADA compliant restroom facilities.

4 - 3,500 lb dead haul winch battens for 3 onstage orchestra reflectors.
(3-playing positions, 1 storage position)

NOTE: Winch battens can be used when reflectors are stored, but they are fixed speed-10'/min

Sprung-wood floor: 3/4"x 2" t & g red oak over two layers of 3/4" A/C ply suspended on Robbins Bio-channel isolation system, very resilient.

Flat floor, stained ebony, can fasten into with prior permission, arrange in advance.

No pre-cut traps, no floor pockets, no metal in floor surface.
